Unfortunately not a good experience. Booked a foot massage for two people and the massage itself was fine, but our experience was ruined by screaming children running around the spa. The noise level in here is crazy. People dragging chairs around, having coffee and talking loudly the whole time. There are quiet signs everywhere but the staff seems unwilling to enforce them. Once they finally got the children to stop yelling we got to listen to 30 minutes of them playing on their phones watching TV shows right behind our heads. For one of the more expensive spas in the area, this place is a joke. It felt more like a daycare than a spa.

There are signs informing guests that this area may not always be completely quiet, but it seems you may not have noticed this notice during your visit. For guests who prefer a more peaceful and relaxing environment, we recommend booking a private room, where the atmosphere is much quieter and more suitable for relaxation.
